problem solved by patch through arch wiki
after recent antergos update, vmware 14.1.3 was not able to install modules updates/compile. After installation of 14.1.5 still no success with compiling vmnet and vmmon. Has anyone a hint for me?
it seems like it tries to use java 10, because if I remove it and leave java 8, it does not even launch. After switching default jdk to version 8, it works now.
OpenJDK Java 10 headless runtime environment
OpenJDK Java 8 headless runtime environment
After updating serviio to the recent version, I get java exceptions in “Thread-xx”. Anyone else with this problem? Or maybe general problem with java runtime environment?
I don’t believe so.
is a conflicting file while upgrading. What could one do? Can I remove it and try the update?
That helped so far
I already had issues with my printer before updating. but now it tells me:
Error: Could not open file /var/lib/pacman/local/cups-pk-helper-0.2.6-2/desc : file or directory not found
Also: Metadata error.
this is solved, cannot find how to mark it.
