It basically means if an attacker managed to inject a package, you would be willing to make the one single exception he needs to install it on your machine or am I wrong?
I’ve got the same issues as the Thread opener and my problem can’t be fixed with the suggested commands. I think “only” your approach would help (changing SigLevel to never).
Does anybody have insights how this issue can happen anyways?
whenever I resume my Macbook Pro (late 2013) from suspend mode, the session is locked and I have to enter my password. I would like to disable the lockscreen, so I don’t have to type in my password to resume working. Though, changing light-locker settings or settings the gsettings from https://wiki.archlinux.org/index.php/GNOME#Power
($ gsettings set org.gnome.desktop.lockdown disable-lock-screen true) doesn’t help at all.
Do you have any suggestions on what to try next?
