The following problem occurs on my system:
My touchpad stops working randomly, but only if hibernated or suspended my system before. Everything is fine some minutes, or even hours after “waking up” the system again, but it definitely always stops working after a while.
I already looked at dmesg, journalctl, /var/log/Xorg.0.log and so on, but I wasn’t able to find anything that seems to be related to that issue.
I also already remove the xf86-…-synaptics package, but that didn’t really changed anything. Nothing is happening when i hit the touchpad while running evtest on the event-file which is for my touchpad.
Thank you in advance!
i fixed it with chroot (as described here: https://www.soimort.org/notes/170407/)
i understand that my system was running out of space, but i do not understand why!

i guess i have to increase the size of one of the partitions - but… can you kindly tell me which one? thank you!
i tried to update my system and something gone horribly wrong…
After a reboot, and behind the grub selection menu, there is nothing but a kernel warning - not syncing error (failed to execute /init - error -13) and so on…
This is my pacman log:
Can somebody please tell me how i can fix that? :/
Thank you in advance!
looks like this fixed the problem TEMPORARILY: https://fedoramagazine.org/solution-graphics-issues-intel-graphics-chipsets-fedora-22/ (the 20-intel.conf file)
seems like a bug, should i report it anywhere else?
Option “TearFree” “true”
as mentioned here: https://wiki.archlinux.org/index.php/intel_graphics#Tear-free_video
does the same, i switched to the latter and it works (until now)
I have a weird display problem:
Sometimes text becomes unreadable when i use the terminal in KDE and scroll upwards/downwards - and sometimes also at the right-click context menu.
I am at an Acer R3 Laptop with Intel Graphics.
It is impossible to make a screenshot, it becomes immediately readable again if i print the “print button” or scroll up/down again.
