• can I edit syslinux.cfg

    I used unetbootin at work to copy over the iso but it didn’t allow me to boot is there a way I can edit the syslinux.cfg file
    directly on the usb stick,. It doesn’t appear to be sda or sdb, I don’t have a working system to plug the USB in to just edit, many thanks for any help

  • @zebbedy Let’s assume you are trying to create an Antergos installer stick. Don’t use unetbootin for that. You can use Etcher or Rufus (in DD) mode.
    Or on Linux you can use dd:
    dd bs=4m if=/path/to/antergos.iso of=/dev/sdX && sync
    where X is the drive letter of your USB stick.
