• Moving from Ubuntu, few newbie questions

    1. How can I reduce the size of the desktop icon text? (I know how to change the icon size)

    2. I have a Lenovo Thinkpad X240, it has a touch screen, in Ubuntu 16.04 and Windows 10 I can move the cursor around, tap on icons e.g. close to close, the usual stuff. In Antergos it would appear I have the same functionality with the exception of being able to tap, so if I tap a close button on Antergos it just highlights the close button?

    3. Upon installing Sublime Text 3 it wanted to do this - why?

    :: Replace compositeproto with extra/xorgproto? [Y/n] Y
    :: Replace damageproto with extra/xorgproto? [Y/n] Y
    :: Replace dmxproto with extra/xorgproto? [Y/n] Y

    1. If I right click an icon in the dock Is it possible to get the current open windows to appear straight away rather than having to click ‘All Windows’? I know i can add a bottom bar for active windows but that takes up space.

    2. Anyway to reduce the height of the window title bars?

    3. Recommend a (or any) GUI based SVN client? I’ve been using RapidSVN on Ubuntu

    4. Where do I find my security keys e.g. To install Sublime Text 3 I had to add do this:

    curl -O https://download.sublimetext.com/sublimehq-pub.gpg && sudo pacman-key --add sublimehq-pub.gpg && sudo pacman-key --lsign-key 8A8F901A && rm su

    Where do I manage them?

    check out the link above.
    It’s from the arh wiki.
    quite valuable to bookmark.
    I’d strongly encourage to do so as well :)

    For SVN, the arch wiki has a few. But you may also have a look here as it’s entirey upon your personal tastes :)
    https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Comparison_of_Subversion_clients
    Go over to the 3rd column and have a look at the ‘Operating System’ to see which one suits your taste or flavor.

    or can go here too:

    https://aur.archlinux.org/packages/kftpgrabber-svn/
    It’s for KDE. So none too sure if your’re using KDE or not. On the off chance that you are using KDE, you can use yaourt to install as it’s from the Arch User Repo.

    or

    https://aur.archlinux.org/packages/smartsvn/

    Hope that helps a bit.
