• After update ,no wireless (solved)


    hi everybody,
    after resent update,i can´t connect to wireless,i guess it was the update to new networkmanager.

  • Me too, after the update gave me the error, just not the wireless but was bluethoot which stopped working, any suggestions, Thanks

    There are two bug reports that may be related to your issue:

    These types of issues usually work themselves out through another update. If it is interfering with your workflow you could downgrade to the previous kernel version. All the packages are in /var/cache/pacman Or you can use downgrade script from the AUR.

  • Hi,

    You would have to compile the linux kernel from source in order to apply the patch. Building the kernel from source is a rather involved process. I recommend downgrading to the previous kernel version until the patch is applied by the Arch kernel maintainer instead. You should be able to use this command:

    sudo pacman -U /var/cache/pacman/pkg/linux-3.14.6-1.pkg.tar.xz
