• Booting from USB on XPS 13 9360

    Hi all!

I just bought this machine, and intend to install Antergos on it. Problem is, I can’t get the BIOS to recognice the USB. I created it using Rufus, and it’s set to GPT partition scheme for UEFI. Is there anything I’ve missed out on here? tried to google, but got confusing results. Any help would be appreciated!

  • I have same laptop i just enabled legacy and i created mine using dd from terminal … boots fine and runs a dream 😎

  • @aiphoenix
Did you use the DD mode in Rufus?
If Rufus does not work for you, there are alternatives, like Etcher, https://etcher.io/.

  • I wrote the image in ubuntu …
