• Forum display issue - SOLVED

I use Gnome and find when I am typing a question for the forum, if it runs past a certain length, I cannot see the end of what I am typing. Because I am not a touch typist, I need to be able to see what I am typing in order to catch spelling errors before I post.

Currently, if a post I am typing runs past a certain length, I cannot see the end of my post until after I have posted it and so cannot correct any errors beforehand. (This sentence is the last thing I can see.)

Is there any way to fix this or does anyone have ideas? Thanks.

there is a double arrow left on top of the editor with this you can push the editor window and make it bigger:

so that it looks like this:

  • @joekamprad - I never noticed that either. I feel a fool now. I guess I can mark this solved (at least until I forget about the arrow).

  • May it is time for a explosion picture for the editor🎆

If so, I’ll ask here, instead of opening another one: I see threads which have no “unsolved / solved” marker. How to start a new thread without asking a question, e.g. in order to announce something or share some useful info? Is there an arrow I haven’t yet noticed?

Could you please check out my game?

You are right it should be there but is not, only way is to workaround and change it after posting

This resolves the issue, too, and I should have found it on my own. :) Thanks!
