• Problem with install Java JDK9

    Hello everyone!
First i have to apologize for my English, i know it is bad :/

I have problem with install Java JDK9. I’m follow with steps on this page: https://tutorialforlinux.com/2017/10/15/how-to-install-oracle-jdk-9-antergos-linux-easy-guide/
but terminal still returns “bash: java: nie znaleziono polecenia” (bash java: no command found).

Someone can help me, or give me correct instruction for install Java?

    Thanks for help!

  • Installing just jdk package from AUR will install Oracle JDK in the latest version (9.0.1-1 at the moment).

    [[email protected] ~]$ java -version
    java version "9.0.1"
Java(TM) SE Runtime Environment (build 9.0.1+11)
Java HotSpot(TM) 64-Bit Server VM (build 9.0.1+11, mixed mode)

Could you please check out my game?

  • But how to remove my unfinished installation? I think it could be make errors :/ (or not?)

  • Well, my /usr/lib/jvm folder contains several versions. It happened to me to delete some of them manually. I think you can safely remove one if found.
