I have a touchscreen laptop (Sony Vaio Duo 13) and the touchscreen works great, apart from the fact that any time I touch the screen the On Screen keyboard shows up. This can either be the full half-screen keyboard that you see during login or a small keyboard. I’ve searched in other forums and have gone through the steps in:
But the keyboard keeps showing up. This is particularly annoying in Xournal (I have a stylus) when scrolling. Does anyone know of a way to stop this behavior or just get rid of the keyboard altogether? I checked by Caribou seems to be a dependency of gnome-shell, itself, so I can’t just uninstall it.
