• Xfce4-weather-plugin, can't change location.

    Hello,

    When I enter a city name in the surch window it doesn’t find it and I get this error in xsession-errors :

    (wrapper-1.0:3963): GLib-CRITICAL **: g_array_sort: assertion 'array != NULL' failed
    weather-Message: obtention de http://nominatim.openstreetmap.org/search?q=paris&format=xml
    Entity: line 23: parser error : Opening and ending tag mismatch: html line 1 and head
    </head>
           ^

    If someone has an idee… Thank you.

  • Yep but here I’m already on the latest plugin version 0.8.9…

  • I just tested here, it get stuck searching the new location.
    Then i added another weather plugin and searched there, (remove geographic coordinates etc) and try just typing places’ name

  • Thanks fernando for the reply, the plugin sounds buggy, anyway, I have entered the geographic coordinates by myself, let see if it’s near the reality by the time.

  • Problem solved after this morning update 0.8.9 > 0.8.10. The “surch” location is working again.
