• Grub rescue after install

    After installing Antergos on my drive, I am met with a grub rescue screen upon boot. When trying to reinstall grub through a Live usb + chroot, I get the following error:
    grub-install: warning: this GPT partition label contains no BIOS Boot Partition; embedding won't be possible.
    grub-install: warning: Embedding is not possible. GRUB can only be installed in this setup by using blocklists. However, blocklists are UNRELIABLE and their use is discouraged..
    grub-install: error: will not proceed with blocklists.

    The following is the output of fdisk -l for my Linux drive

    I have successfully done a dual boot with Antergos + Windows in the past, but I have uninstalled both of those so I could reinstall fresh, but I have no idea how to fix this.

  • I was able to get it fixed myself, I simply did a booted with UEFI instead then installed like that.
