• Emoji's Not Working

That’s basically it! The emoji’s are not working at all. They do not show up anywhere.

Just an FYI to the @developers for whenever they have time to fix it.

    Thank you!

Keep trying, never give up. In the end, you will find that it was all worth it

    i want the back!

I recently asked @karasu about it, and he said that @lots-0-logs is extremely busy right now, but when he does have some time to take a look at the issue, he will!

Sorry for not updating everyone here, it had just slipped my mind…

  • Hi,

I’ve simply restarted the forum and it seems that they are working now…

    :grimacing:

Sorry, if I had known it was so easy I’d have done it before…

    Cheers!

Same here! But what happened to the other devs anyways? I know @faidoc used to be around on the Forum, but I haven’t seen any sign of his developing Antergos since he left. Is the team just getting smaller? What happened? You guys are amazing !!! Who in their right mind would EVER want to leave this project?

  • Hi!

@faidoc (Alex) hasn’t left us, it’s just that he moved (from Europe to South America!) so he had a LOT of things to do (find a home, find a new job, …) and as you might know, when you start a new job you must be there 100%… so he just helps with very urgent things.

@lots-0-logs (Dustin) is who almost does all the work (build server, creating isos, packaging, …) He was VERY active but lately he has been very busy at work, so he can’t dedicate so much time as before, but he is still doing an amazing work.

There’s also the “other” Alex, who helps me with Cnchi from time to time (when his schedule lets him). He was the one who wrote the “manual” partitioning screen in Cnchi, for instance. He helps a lot with debugging issues. He appears as “past” contributor because he has come and gone several times, but he always returns ;)

There are also several “community” collaborators, like you mods here, but also in IIRC and Telegram, you help a lot with solving users issues (we wouldn’t have the time to do anything else without you).

    And then there’s me

    Cheers!

Hahaha! So, respect to us users, too. :) :) :)
(Seriously, a big thank you, guys):clap_tone1:  :ok_hand_tone1:
