• An improved GNOME desktop setup


    Wanting to solve my own desktop issues and from my friends, I came up with a much improved GNOME desktop setup.

    The looks and feel is based in the one from Antergos, but provides even better usability.

    I thought that perhaps some people would like to see it.

    That the interface is both easy to newbies, and powerful on performing advanced tasks. Like for example managing a lot of windows and switching among them.

  • Maybe it’s me, but I don’t see much difference between the regular Gnome set up and yours. To be fair, I think it’s aimed at Manjaro Gnome users and I don’t know how Manjaro Gnome looks like.😉

    It’s all in the install script, in the package. I don’t remember, there were many.

    is this an option aviable inside dash-to-dock or gnome-shell-extension-activities-config ?

  • I saw this inside your video, when you put your cursor on the icons from the dock this window comes in the foreground.

    So you should know? It looks like only a mouseover, without clicking

  • In fact I was looking how to disable that, but I didn’t know how to.
