Hello my dear Linux friends,
I’m having serious trouble starting the installer of Antergos 17.7 (64 bit).
My machine is a Thinkpad T440p, with Windows 10 installed.
The (unsuccessful) booting of the installer gives the following output:
[...] Error parsing PCC subspaces from PCCT [...] ACPI Error: Needed type [Reference], found [Integer] ... (20170119/exresop-103) [...] ACPI Exception: AE_AML_OPERAND_TYPE, While resolving operands for [OpcodeName unavailable] (20170119/dswexec-461) [...] ACPI Error: Method parse/execution failed [\_PR.CPU0._PDC] (Mode ...), AE_AML_OPERAND_TYPE (20170119/psparse-543) [...] sd 6:0:0:0: [sdb] No Caching mode page found [...] sd 6:0:0:0: [sdb] Assuming drive cache: write through ERROR: '/dev/disk/by-label/ANTERGOS' device did not show up after 30 seconds... Falling back to interactive prompt You can try to fix the problem manually, log out when you are finished sh: can't access tty: job control turned off
What (the F?!#) is going on? Can you help me? Thanks in advance.
