Hello. I can not update / install most of the applications from the repository

    repo antergos com/antergos/x86_64/

Also, nothing is installed from the /etc/pacman.d/antergos-mirrorlist

    pacman -Syu

    keyring is not writable

strange… but e have already way to much keyring probs in the last time…
    clean package cache:

    sudo pacman -Scc

    Rename the /etc/pacman.d/gnupg folder:

    sudo mv /etc/pacman.d/gnupg /etc/pacman.d/gnupg.old

    Init your keyring:

    sudo pacman-key --init

    Repopulate it:

    sudo pacman-key --populate archlinux antergos

    update system:
sudo pacman -Syu or yaourt -Syua

  • I realize this is solved, but for anyone keeping track of issues…
Just thought I’d report that the update I applied yesterday 9-1-17 worked on my desktop.
    Both machines using KDE Plasma.
However on my laptop I got this error (although the key was different) and this solution,
while it did seem to get further in the update for some reason, still ultimately failed with this error.

I did find the fix for me however here https://forum.antergos.com/topic/7115/no-keyserver-available/5
    judd had posted

sudo pacman -Sy archlinux-keyring && sudo pacman -Syyu

I apologize if it upsets anyone for posting to a solved topic, but I thought the information relevant
to the error for what solves what in case it affects improved software updates.
