• ACPI errors when booting

    Hi !
    I have these errors when booting;

and this one a bit later :

RFCOMM server failed for Headset Voice gateway: rfcomm_bind: Address already in use (98)

I also have the same errors while resumming from sleep mode ^^ plus these tow ones:

pciehp 0000:00:1c.0:pcie004: link training error: status 0x1001
pciehp 0000:00:1c.0:pcie004: Failed to check link status

    my specs:
    OS: Arch Linux x86_64
    Kernel: 4.11.7-1-ARCH
    CPU: Intel i5-4200M (4) @ 3.100GHz
    GPU: Intel Integrated Graphics
    GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GT 740M
(I do not use bumblebee because i have less performances and some games are a pain to launch with nvidia)

also, some times the network card stop working weirdly, I see the icon on gnome and can do things with it, but it doesn’t seems to respond so I reboot, before rebooting, I see that the computer is waitin for the pci card to shutdown, – it may be a completly different problem from this one –

    thanks for your help !

  • I may update my msi bios, but I’m uite afraid of the risks …
if it fail is there a solution to rescue it ?

edit: I think this is also what is creating the troubles I have with my wpa supplicant randomly “freezing” until reboot but the update seems really risky as the msi manual tell me this http://image.noelshack.com/fichiers/2017/27/1/1499048651-capture-d-ecran-de-2017-07-03-04-23-34.png
they recommend me installing these for my model ( https://www.msi.com/Laptop/support/GP60.html )

but my actual bios version (found it on the bios) is E16GDIMS.30F
and ec version is 16GDEMS2 Vers5.04

edit²: Ok I did the bios update well, but I still have these acpi errors :/
