I am having trouble installing Antergos on my new HP 255 G5 laptop. The laptop was supplied new and without an operating system.
I initially created a live USB using one of the graphical tools, yet this was obviously doomed to fail. Subsequently, I created a live USB using the command line as per the official Antergos wiki. This seems to have been a success:
*449+1 records in
449+1 records out
1884717056 bytes (1.9 GB) copied, 291.559 s, 6.5 MB/s
However, when attempting to start the new laptop, Antergos was not in the list of operating systems (I was only offered FreeDos and “HP Documents”).
Does anyone have any ideas what could be done?
