I know it’s not in the repos yet, but it would be nice to have the UKUI Desktop in Antergos someday: http://www.ukui.org/ukui.html
What do you think?
That’s a mate based DE made by the Ubuntu Kylin developers, who already made a DE that compiles to chinese government censorship regulations. Probably planned as successor of the Unity based Ubuntu Kylin DE. What are the benefits of it compared to other existing DEs?
Because it’s a graphically & functionally improved version of MATE and is under active development? Haven’t tried it yet, though.
By the way, how does a Desktop Environment comply with censorship regulations? It’s not a distro, it’s a simple desktop using known software parts and it’s open source.
Looks like win xp, which i always liked hehehe.
I like variaties about Desktops, i’ll try to test if is easy to install/compile.
Still in love with Antergos (default OS)
