• \[SOLVED\] request " thread tools " to posted threads in board

Hi. I would like to request a ‘thread tools’ to the forum board. Most other boards have such tools for discussion boards. What I am specifically looking for are subscriptions to certain threads that are posted because they contain information that I find easy to quickly look up if/when needed.
There might be other thread tools that come with such a function but I’ll leave it to mods to determine what other ‘thread tools’ can be added to this hoped for request.

  • Hi,

A bookmarks feature is currently available in the forums. It is easy to miss though. See the screenshot below. Hope it helps

    Cheers!

    [:exclamation:Sorry, this attachment is unavailable.

  • Hehehehe

Please give a feedback after you get help so the thread can be set to solved.

  • Ya. I see it now. It’s way down at the bottom. Pretty much where I never bother to look. Most people I would imagine, look near the top as that is the most readily noticable area of a post and/or thread.

Is it possible to have this feature moved to the top or at least have it available also at the top. I would imagine that the people who do come to this board looking for solutions and/or discussion would also be familiar with bookmarking and would want to excercize the use of said feature but are having trouble, like I did before you showed it to me, lots.0.logs, in finding it.

I’m probably not the first person who might have wanted to bookmark something but couldn’t because they didnt know this feature was at the bottom because they didn’t think of looking there.

quite honestly, looking near the bottom of the thread is pretty much the last place I think of looking to find a thread-related feature.

thanks in advance. And thanks for showing it to me at least.
