• How to disable coredumps and delete

    From ArchWiki

    nano /etc/systemd/coredump.conf.d/custom.conf

    [Coredump]
    Storage=none

Folder systemd not exists. May be i must use system.d but coredump.conf.d not exists.

  • I got the folder here, and as i remember have too???

    [email protected] ~
    ╰─➤ cd /etc/systemd
    [email protected] /etc/systemd
    ╰─➤ ls
    coredump.conf journal-remote.conf network system.conf user.conf
    journal-upload.conf resolved.conf timesyncd.conf journald.conf
    logind.conf system user

    Only coredump.conf.d does not exist.

    Oohh sorry) systemd exists.
    For disabling coredumps do this

    cd /etc/systemd
    sudo nano coredump.conf
    #uncomment "Storage=none"

    or

    sudo nano /etc/security/limits.conf
    #and add "* hard core 0"
