• Applications in an Arabic font?!

    Hello Antergos People

Some of my applications seems to be in Arabic.

I have checked that my language and region setting are correct in Gnome settings. (English and Denmark)
I have also checked tweak-tools that my fonts are correct.

The font appearing in my applications seems to be A-Bismillah (see screenshot)

The applications affected are MediaElch, Deepin Music, Openshot and KdenLIve (Another screendump)

Please help, as this makes my programs unusable.

  • Solution : remove the package: divehi-fonts

I must have installed it by mistake at first, thinking that it was a package with extra fonts.

Lesson: Dont install packages you dont know the effect of :)

  • The behavior is nevertheless unusual…
But as i can see both applications are qt apps?
So changing their look+feel you need to take:

    qtconfig-qt4
