@Velkerk That’s correct
seems to be an error with the openbox install. its not keeping the time zone selected. i did 2 installs on on 2 separate computers and both didnt keep my time zone. not sure if this is openbox only? didnt have this issue when installing Gnome few months back.
i got some of it changed but cant figure out how to change the UTC. it seems to be defaulting to 000
