• eMMC not recognized during startup Live ISO

I’m trying to install Antergos on a Acer Aspire ES 11 (ES1-132-C21V) with an Intel Celeron N3350 processor and a 32GB eMMC drive. Having disabled Secure Boot, the Live ISO 17.2 x86_64 on a USB drive starts up, during which the error “mmc_select_hs200 failed, error -84”, and something similar show up about 4 times.

The live environment seems to work pretty well, but Cnchi and GParted only recognize the USB drive and not the eMMC of the laptop. Does anyone have an idea what I could do about this?

  • I cannot seem to attach a .tar, so here is the journal file: http://pastebin.com/vwXeqD7d

  • no idea about emmc… but there is a wiki entry on your device: https://wiki.archlinux.org/index.php/Acer_Aspire_E11_Series
