• Putting the LTS Kernel "as default" in my grub

    Hello Anterguys

How can i put the LTS kernel “as my default” choice on the grub and the “normal” LTS on the advanced options “second menu”? thanks in advance :)

i know there is something like this:

    sudo nano /etc/default/grub

    Search for GRUB_DEFAULT=0

But, how i know the number of the option of the LTS Kernel, who is in the advanced menu?

  • Maybe the easiest way is to install Grub customizer. Under the ‘General settings’ tab you can choose which kernel you want to boot by default.

  • @axioma That was so easy!!! thank you axioma!!
