• Antegros Live / No internet connection?

I just booted up Antegros Live from USB, and I can’t connect to the Internet using my ethernet cable, however I can connect when I use my Phone Tethering through Wi-Fi, it apparently only doesn’t work for my elthernet cable.

First I found out iwconfig: = enp3s0 << my elthernet cable

Then I did: ip link set enp3s0

    Then I did: dhcpcd enp3s0

    And I got this:

    [[email protected] antergos]# ip link set enp3s0 [[email protected] antergos]# dhcpcd -k enp3s0 dhcpcd not running [[email protected] antergos]# dhcpcd -K enp3s0 DUID 00:01:00:01:20:04:1f:f4:ae:af:e0:3f:aa:5e enp3s0: IAID 80:ac:7c:a8 enp3s0: soliciting a DHCP lease enp3s0: offered 192.168.1.108 from 192.168.1.1 TP-LINK'

    enp3s0: NAK: from 192.168.1.1TP-LINK' enp3s0: soliciting a DHCP lease enp3s0: offered 192.168.1.108 from 192.168.1.1 TP-LINK'
    enp3s0: NAK: from 192.168.1.1TP-LINK' enp3s0: no IPv6 Routers available enp3s0: soliciting a DHCP lease enp3s0: offered 192.168.1.108 from 192.168.1.1 TP-LINK'
enp3s0: NAK: from 192.168.1.1TP-LINK' timed out dhcpcd exited

When I do the same process with my Phone Tether, I only change the thingy from iwconfig, it works perfectly. I tried bunch of stuff I found on the Internet but I just can’t get my Internet to work with ethernet cable.

Can anyone help me to solve this problem? Thanks

I had 2 antergos installs in the last 2 weeks and I had connection problems, with the ethernet cable and wifi too, so I deactivated and activated my connection again in nmtui. It’s a CLI menu for network-manager (available in antergos live), maybe you can work out something in there. After the deactivation-activation my connection started working.
