• Printer set up

I ran Antergos using a live DVD and during the process I tried to install a network printer but was not able to do so as it was not able to see my network printer. Any ideas as to how to resolve this issue ? Really liked what I saw. Very cool OS.

  • Usually you’ll need to install CUPS for Linux.
After that most printer drivers are in AUR.
What make & model is your printer?

  • There is a python package missing that needs to be installed to be able to browse for printers on a windows network. I can’t remember the name of it off hand. is that what is giving you troubles?
