• How to enable scrolling with touchscreen in Firefox?

    Hello
I use a laptop with touchscreen and scrolling is not working in Firefox.
Searching for a solution I found it is necessary enable eletrolisys (e10s) feature in Firefox to scrolling works. This feature is already enabled but scrolling with touchscreen is still not working. Can anyone help me please?

  • @Strangiato Sorry if this isn’t the answer you want, but my two cents: I’ve tried in the past to get firefox working with touch unsuccessfully. Chrome with touch works VERY well and if you really need touch I would use Chrome (I can’t say for sure Chromium works too I haven’t tested it)

Loves me some rolling distro and Antergos-Arch
Sys: Antergos + KDE; GTX 1070 + nvidia package :)

  • @n_mag Thanks for your post. Opera works with touchscreen too, but I prefer Firefox.

  • @Strangiato Hi

I installed the Grab and Drag add-on and it works perfectly on my touchscreen laptop.
Hope it will be the same for you!

If this addon is installed and e10s feature is enabled, scrolling does not work.
After disable e10s, scrolling with touchscreen works! Thanks.

  • @Strangiato Hi
Yes, I might have forgotten I had to tweak it a bit.
Glad it works for you as well !
