• cnchi 14.104 stalls at "Getting package list..."


    cnchi is stalling at “Getting package list” so I restarted in the terminal here are the messages:

  • When you start cnchi via terminal you need to use the following command: sudo -E cnchi -dv -s bugsnag. That being said you shouldnt need to do that. The log is located in /tmp so you can find it there and see what the actual problem is. Let us know what you find. Thanks!

  • To fix the NameError you need to change the variable “packages_xml” -> “packages_xml_data” of the “/usr/share/cnchi/cnchi/installation/select_packages.py” script at line 205

    After that it’s working fine :)
