So I upgraded to GNOME 3.20 (129 updates!) on my laptop and after rebooting GNOME-Disks,GNOME-Logs, File Roller and Baobab have been put into a folder named Utilities. So did the Flash Plugin settings in folder Sundry, but I am always hiding it. I have GNOME-Software installed but I doesn’t show the folder under the applications, so I can’t remove them. Any idea how to do it manually?
