Usually after rebooting or turning off then turning on my PC, I cannot use Pamac or the software update manager to install, remove, or update packages. It tries to read the .db files for all repositories, then gives the same error “cannot open (filename).db unrecognized archive format”.

I realize running “sudo pacman -Syy” will refresh the repositories without issue, but… still, if I’m to suggest Antergos to other people, and they aren’t as tech savvy and can’t update their system because of this issue, many of them will get frustrated and not know how to resolve it. I also think that refreshing the repositories should just work, you know?

Is there a more permanent way to fix this issue so it doesn’t happen? So the user can run Pamac or Software Update without the refreshing repo’ issue?
