• [ *** ] A start job running for dev-sdaX.device

hi everyone! Sorry by my English, I am learning. I am using Archlinux 64 bits. Now my system is broken. When I turn on, the computer start loading modules and in some moment it shows that message:

    [ *** ] A start job running for dev-sdaX.device

where X is a number by the partitions on my disk. Then of 1 min 30 s, it shows:

[ TIME ] Timed out waiting for device dev-disk-by\......
    [ DEPEND ] Dependency failed for /dev/disk/by-uuid/......
[ DEPEND ] Dependency failed for Swap.
[ TIME ] Timed out waiting for device dev-disk-by\......
    [ DEPEND ] Dependency failed for /home.
[ DEPEND ] Dependency failed for Local File Systems.
    [ DEPEND ] Dependency failed for /home/mahdzu/sati.
[ TIME ] Timed out waiting for device dev-disk-by\......

I read a lot of information in internet and forums, but I can not fix it.
Some information of my system is:

    cat /etc/fstab

    # /etc/fstab: static file system information.
    #
    # Use 'blkid' to print the universally unique identifier for a
    # device; this may be used with UUID= as a more robust way to name devices
    # that works even if disks are added and removed. See fstab(5).
    #
    # <file system> <mount point> <type> <options> <dump> <pass>
