  • @mach01dan Really like the wallpaper. It’s stark, geometric, textured, light and shadowed with tons of perspective.

  • @blinky Thanks! Can’t upload the picture (too big) but here’s the url: http://c2.peakpx.com/wallpaper/600/563/670/-wallpaper.jpg

  • @mach01dan is this a real existing Tower?

    Battery Percentage

Im not really sure about this, for this latest Gnome version in Antergos but in my buntu gnome 17.10 battery percentage is inside the gnome tweak tool, so there s no really need to have it as an extention. It s gnome 3.24 in buntu.

  • @anarch Unfortunately, no such luck on my build (brand new).

  • @mach01dan , ok, probably a different configuration.
    Thanks

  • @joekamprad Its a real place apparently. Here is a color photo from the same person: https://unsplash.com/photos/kiN-5wZQpn8. Since the foto come from a royalty free photo sharing site, the image is on pages that don’t have anything to do with where or what it is. :/

On the other hand I found a new place to find nice copyright unrestricted photos thanks to @mach01dan posting their desktop. :smiley_cat:

@mach01dan Thanks to you posting your desktop picture, I found a new site for free unrestricted photos. Thank you! Here’s another nice pic from the same guy: https://unsplash.com/photos/XAmUDMcRw-s

  • @blinky Glad to hear about your find. I’ve been using Unsplash for years, and love their work. A plus and a negative is the photos are uncompressed normally, so be prepared for massive pictures. :)

Pixabay also has great, royalty free photos, if you want to check them out.

  • @mach01dan Oh thanks, I will check them out as well.

  • @judd you’re using the same config from pacbang’s distro? i like it. Tint2 is very good.

It’s just Pacbang with LXDE and OpenBox, which can still be installed as I did.

Minimalist Arch-based distro built around the Openbox window manager. An active internet connection IS NOT required to install.

Yes i know. Coincidence or not yesterday i made a succesfully modification to pacbang.iso, now i can install pacbang with Antergos repos in it and add some packages. That means i can install pacbang+antergos offline (it won’t be Antergos configs, but it’s a start)

I did this because one “dream” of mine is to install Antergos offline :p

    Great !!!
It happens that you can do everything you want, as long as you have the base of Arch, I do not think you have problems.-
