• Cnchi error Antergos Repo Key

The cnchi 0.7 does not recognize that I am connected to the network, he says I’m without internet access, crashes and closes. Then I open the terminal and update the Cnchi … but before I update the repos sudo pacman -Syy, Ok all right, all repos have been updated including the antergos, I can now like to proceed … sudo pacman -S cnchi. Cnchi 0.8.118 installed, run it, I do everything I click Install Now. The CNCH reloads the repos, extra, comunity … but when it comes time to download the list of packages to install the error and the Cnchi closes.

What happens is that the Cnchi this corrupting keys Antergos repository at the time of installation, that is my HD that had the Elementary OS was deleted, formatted and GRUB also. I’m out of the Elementary and unable to access the Windows Dual Boot why I am without GRUB.

    What to do?

  • Before starting Cnchi 0.7, notification saying that it is being updated. After this updating it does not start. I go to the terminal and see if it does not there some Key problem.

    EDIT

This error also occurs when the this installation , the Cnchi loads repos Extra, Comunnity and after it appears the message was not possible to download the package list , then open the terminal sudo pacman -Syy and loads repos Extra, Core , and Comunnity when it comes the turn of repo antergos of this error error: error GPGME : No data . The Cnchi is causing an error in the repo keys.

I’ll try in the morning. The Cnchi is new version? 0.9 or 0.8.2?

  • I tested and the problem persists. After all done, time to install when you click “install now” he carries two repos, the extra, and the comunnity after it appears ERROR.

This error, as I had said earlier, is because the cnchi makes an error (error GPGME : No data) in the key repo antergos.

I downloaded the iso minimal, and now because of errors caused by cnchi the hd is formated, that is, the machine is no grub, so I can not log into windows dual boot.

Ctrl + alt f2, how do I start a session with another graphic environment?, since the minimal environment can not do anything or terminal and comes with a file manager … pcmanfm.

A tip: In minimal, put a file manager and a terminal, so if something goes wrong, the user fixes.

With the new ISO, you should not have to update anything. Just use the Cnchi that comes with the ISO (do not update with pacman -S). Have you tried this?

    Cheers!

  • I not updated the distro/repo.

  • @Orion
what iso are you using I know i had an issue with the stable iso but getting the 64bit minimal install iso from http://build.antergos.com/browse/testing
    worked for me.
