• USB Blutooth dongle not found


    I tried to connect Sitecom 4.0 Bluetooth dongel. Systemsettings/Bluetooth said “no adapters found”. Bluedevil ist installed.
    It seems to be no notebook/hardware issue. Kubuntu find the dongle/adapter and i am able to integrate in KDE.

    In Antergos “KDE Infozentrum” - Connected USB is shown the dongle as:

    What’s the output of the following commands:

    su
    systemctl enable bluetooth
    systemctl start bluetooth 
    systemctl status bluetooth
    
  • Also, a dmesg after inserting it would be useful (just to see if there’s any problem when recognizing it by the kernel).
