• How to upgrade Antergos/ISO?

I have a different version installed (antergos-2015.01.11-x86_64) and a newer one is out. I was wondering how could I upgrade my system without having to re-installing the entire operating system just to get the newest features?

Power Supply: EVGA 850W Gold 80+

  • sudo pacman -Syyu

copy-paste this magical code in terminal and hit enter!

    Archlinux x64

    AMD A4-3305M Processor
    6GB RAM
    1GB+512MB Hybrid AMD GPU

  • Power of rolling release, not having to redo it every few months.

Simply run sudo pacman -Syyu in your terminal.

Too include AUR packages do yaourt -Syyua.

  • Will this also upgrade/update the Kernel? I don’t know much about Linux and I always hear about the Kernel

  • Not the way I use actually, but you can also get the work done using the pamac updater.
