• Dropbox error


    I got thhis at boot:
    $ dmesg | grep dropbox
    [ 2.363180] systemd[1]: [/usr/lib/systemd/system/[email protected]:3] Failed to add dependency on systemd-user-sessions, ignoring: Invalid argument

    Any solutions?

  • Any updates on this? I can start dropbox manually, but I receive the same error as the OP at boot.

  • There’s a problem with starting dropbox via systemd that I have not been able to sort out yet. I updated the package to install a desktop file in ~/.config/autostart instead but depending on your DE that may or may not work. I will try to take another look at it ASAP. For now I recommend selecting the “Start automatically” option within the dropbox apps settings.
