• New PC-Setup - graphical issues

    Hi,
    I bought a new PC.

    • Intel i5 4690
    • MSI B85M-E45
    • Geforce GTX750

First I treid to install Antergos. There were (and still is) just red dot noise and pixelated GUI. Is there a graphical driver I can install or is the mainboard / graphics card incompatible to Arch?

With Ubuntu and Windows there are no issues. But who wants them? ;)

  • Update: on 800x600 there are no screen issues, except the blurry look.

  • I don’t know how, but I got it installed and removed nouveau craps.
RAndom clicking around shows a readable console to install :D. Ty :)

  • glad you got it working. nvidia seems to do pretty good with their linux drivers.

  • Do you know, why I can’t start OpenGL games in Steam?
