• Advanced partitioning problem

I’m trying to install this side by side on my macbook pro. I chose the advanced setup so I could set up partitions.

I created a swap partition and then used the rest of the free space to create an Ext4 root partition but I can’t get the red circle warning about EFI /boot partition to go green so I can continue installation.

    Ideas?

  • Resolved.

I guess the /boot partition needs to be fat32 and not Ext4.

  • Yes, for UEFI systems the /boot must use FAT32

    Cheers!
