Hello all, this is my first post here but I’ve been happily using Antergos for the last couple of years.
I just found out that I have been using continuous trim instead of periodic trim (recommended by the Arch and Debian wikis). So if I understand correctly I should remove “discard” from my /etc/fstab and enable the fstrim.timer service?
My fstab has / on ext4, /boot on ext2, and everything else on tmpfs (no swap as I have lots of RAM).
Also, I’m using LUKS (enabled via cnchi when I installed the system) and I’ve read on the Arch forums that I should enable discard in crytsetup but I’m not sure if I should and what is the correct way to do that.
