• mailspring


    just downloaded mail spring via yaourt I cant get it to work any ideas

  • first… yaourt is not recommended anymore, as it has unsolved issues and is marked as discontinued or problematic:

    And to clearify: yaourt and other AUR helpers are building packages from source code, they do not simple download and install, as pacman will do with official packages.

    I just try build install and run mailspring and it segfaults:

    That’s may related to lates glibc update and needs fixed upstream… but it do not give a verbose enaugh output to see what happens…
