So today I got a bunch of deepin package updates, seems almost all of the deepin applications got updates. After installing I rebooted, but something weird happened.
I got some disk related message (looked like the fsck output), no errors reported… And after that nothing. I waited, and after two minutes the desktop booted normally.
I checked dmesg, and except for a user-journal being corrupted, I couldn’t see anything out of the ordinary. As noted in the time stamps, it took 120 seconds to keep going here:
[ 3.402866] systemd-journald: File /var/log/journal/88dc714a5b1d40c6994ba6c2b97c0315/user-1000.journal corrupted or uncleanly shut down, renaming and replacing. I’m not really sure where to start digging here. Using Lightdm and starting it manually gives the same disk message followed by a 120 second wait. Any hints on what to look for appreciated.
